Melanie is a Chicago native who is now based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area. A natural problem solver who has always been detail oriented, she is drawn to the work behind the scenes: figuring out how things come together, spotting what others may miss, creating order when there are a lot of moving pieces, and making complicated work feel a little easier for the people doing it.
She earned both her MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lewis University, building on an education in business with a career that has taken her across healthcare, enterprise operations, national organizations, conferences and events, systems implementation, and consulting.
Along the way, one pattern kept showing up.
Smart, capable people were spending far too much time working around inefficient processes, disconnected systems, unclear handoffs, and administrative work that should have been easier. Melanie became the person who naturally stepped into those situations, asked the right questions, paid attention to the details, and helped create a better way forward.
That same instinct is what led to PPMG.
Today, Melanie works with organizations to improve how work actually gets done. Sometimes that means redesigning a workflow. Sometimes it means introducing practical AI or automation. Sometimes it means strengthening the operating system behind a major program, conference, or live experience.
Her background in events has shaped her approach in a particularly important way. When hundreds of details have to come together around one immovable deadline, there is very little room for unclear ownership, broken communication, or processes that do not work. It taught her to think about strategy and execution at the same time, while staying close enough to the details to catch problems before they become bigger ones.
At the heart of Melanie’s work is a simple belief: the best systems should make people’s work clearer, more manageable, and more effective, not more complicated.
That belief continues to shape how PPMG approaches every engagement.
